Videos are hosted here in Supabase Storage and play in the pupil app — no GitHub upload needed. Only visible to a pupil once their driving school (or standalone instructor) has video access switched on in the app's Settings.

Video watch progress
Pupils sign into the portal with the same email & password as the app. Grid shows 0% / Start / 50% / 100% from the portal activity log (same as your original control panel).

Upload photos to Supabase Storage. They appear instantly on the home-page carousel and the Pass Photos page — no GitHub upload needed.
Tap a photo (or its checkbox) to select. Use Delete selected to remove several at once. Drag and drop photos to reorder (or use ↑ / ↓). Changes save immediately to Supabase.
